Weekly Quote

"You will experience great joy in life as you eradicate adult-onset pessimism and substitute childlike optimism."
-Elder Perkins

Here is to a new year of being more optimistic and more like my amazing children. They teach me everyday about how to be better.

Pictures with Some Journaling

This is my life. I live for the weekends and am always tired. But I would not have it any other way.

Sam thinks he is four and Joshua thinks he's at least five. Doing homework with his older friend.

I really do love this guy! My precious first born son.

Terrible two year old who is pretty much the love of my life.

How Samuel takes naps now. On my bed with his sleeping necessities.

A daily occurrence with a house full of boys. Stashing away cars for later like little hoarders.

Yup I took all three to the doctor. What was I thinking? All to hear my least favorite phrase, 'it's a virus.' Seriously!

September So Far

For Labor Day my sister came and visited me from AZ. We had a blast and she wore us out. We did lots of shopping and playing. It was so good to see her.

After she left we all had colds/allergies and have been trying to recover. But we are now on the mend and happy no one was really sick.

Having Emily around made me miss my family more. Sometimes I wish I lived closer to them so I could see them more often. But right now three of my moms six kids live outside of UT. My poor mom. Maybe one day we will all live closer.

3 Months

After our Labor Day fun half of my boys crashed.
Our first trip to the zoo with Ben.
Love the Nashville zoo!

Labor Day fun with friends.

Opryland outlet shopping with my sister

Emily was a good sport to play the Wii with Joshua while I rested.

Pool time at our rec center.
